One to two weeks before we start, we finalize style and color choices and address any last changes.

It depends on the scope. A focused project (a single patio or a turf install) can be completed within a week. A full backyard transformation with pool surrounds, walkways, and integration to the front of the house typically takes several weeks.

What happens if it rains during construction?
Weather happens. We plan around it as much as possible and keep you informed. We don't cut corners to finish faster. The work gets done right, even if we lose a day or two to the weather.

Yes. We regularly coordinate backyard transformations that involve pools, asphalt driveways, lighting, and other specialty work. Our preferred subcontractors have been working with us for years. You get one team to manage the project.
